5. App Features and Functionality

• Mining and Coin Rewards: Use the App to "mine" virtual coins and access upgrades like mining speed, auto-mining, or other functionalities.
• Levels and Background Mining: Advance through levels and enable background mining as you progress.
• In-App Purchases: Subscriptions allow users to enhance mining speed, enable auto-mining, and remove ads.
• Mini-Games: Earn coins through mini-games and task completion.
• Referral Program: Earn coins by referring friends, as per referral program rules.
• Notifications: By using the App, you consent to receiving push notifications about rewards, promotions, or updates.

6. In-App Purchases, No-Refund, and Cancellation Policy

• Purchases: The App offers in-app subscriptions (e.g., monthly or annual plans) to enhance your experience by improving mining speed, enabling auto-mining, and removing ads.
• No Refund Policy: All purchases are final, and no refunds will be provided once a subscription is activated, except where required by applicable law.
• Cancellation Policy:
  • Subscriptions can be managed through your Google Play account settings.
  • Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle to avoid being charged for the next cycle.
  • Cancelling a subscription will not refund payments already made or prorate the remaining subscription period.
